That's the only money Kerry will be allowed to spend campaigning until the November 2 election."

If you do not wish to see current American president, George W Bush, re-elected, then I strongly suggest you back the best thing to yourself ruling the country: Vote for Kerry! I do not know what he believes in, but let me be frank for a moment. As long as he is against whatever Prez Bush has been up to, then that is enough for me. If I were able to vote, then I would. Due to international rules on voter eligibility, I cannot. However, I urge any of you to vote.
