BBC NEWS | Science/Nature | Strange 'twin' new worlds found

BBC NEWS Science/Nature Strange 'twin' new worlds found: "A pair of strange new worlds that blur the boundaries between planets and stars have been discovered beyond our Solar System.
A few dozen such objects have been identified in recent years but this is the first set of 'twins'.
Dubbed 'planemos', they circle each other rather than orbiting a star.
Their existence challenges current theories about the formation of planets and stars, astronomers report in the journal Science.
'This is a truly remarkable pair of twins - each having only about 1% the mass of our Sun,' said Ray Jayawardhana of the University of Toronto, co-author of the Science paper.
'Its mere existence is a surprise, and its origin and fate a bit of a mystery.' "

Hezbollah: 'Major defeat' for Israel - Mideast/N. Africa - MSNBC.com

Hezbollah: 'Major defeat' for Israel - Mideast/N. Africa - MSNBC.com: "Israel 'has not made a single military accomplishment' in its 18-day-old offensive on Lebanon, Nasrallah said.

The Israeli military announced its forces had moved out of the town of Bint Jbail but said its mission of wearing down Hezbollah guerrillas there had been acheived. Military officials said they never intended to take the town. A week of fighting there killed 18 Israeli soldiers, and Israel claimed at least 26 guerrillas were killed there Friday — a claim Hezbollah denied.

Earlier Saturday, Israel rejected a request by the U.N. for a three-day cease-fire in Lebanon to deliver humanitarian supplies and allow civilians to leave the war zone."

It is utterly shameful for Israel to act selfishly and unsympathetically to other human beings. They are claiming a higher righteousness than any single human being -- probably because they are not Jewish and hence do not deserve to live?!

I continue to be amazed at the inhumane behavior Israel is displaying to the entire world. By denying the possibility of aid, they have effectively confirmed their desire to be devastated by the Islamic Arab world -- and will be without aid themselves when their populations get destroyed.

Mark my words: once Israel is seriously pounded by missiles and bombs from the Arab world, they will cry wolf and make greater allegations against them for not treating them respectfully and claim that Hizbollah is preventing humanitarian aid from reaching Israel.

Alas, we all know the United States would step in to protect their economic interests that lie within the Israeli population at the cost of even more American lives. This will cause greater strain and disdain in Iraq, so the United States is not actively pursuing a military operation -- but are undoubtedly getting ready for it by "calling up more troops into Iraq" (also known as shuffling operations from Iraq into Israel/Lebanon while repopulating the forces stationed in Iraq).

People: let's just cut the chase. Israel: just destroy your own hospitals and military bases north of Tel Aviv and kill your own military soldiers and reservists. Hizbollah: wrap the prisoners in "Hizbollah" clothes and let some Israeli military force kill their own militarymen, then clearly explain how Israel is destroying itself. Lebanon: grow some balls, please. Syria: how's the weather?

Israeli Airstrike Hits U.N. Outpost

Israeli Airstrike Hits U.N. Outpost: "JERUSALEM, July 25 -- An Israeli airstrike hit a United Nations post in southern Lebanon late Tuesday, killing four international observers, hours after Prime Minister Ehud Olmert agreed to lift Israel's 14-day blockade of Lebanon for shipments of humanitarian aid to reach the swelling ranks of displaced Lebanese civilians.

U.N. officials said an aerial shell struck an observer post in the hilltop town of Khiyam, and rescue teams reached the site soon after to search for survivors in the rubble. Milos Strugar, a senior adviser for the mission, known by the acronym UNIFIL, said the four observers inside the post had taken cover in bunkers after 14 Israeli airstrikes landed nearby throughout the afternoon."

It is absurdly obvious that Israel's Defense Force is responsible for these attacks. As they have already made claim of wanting to take hold of southern Lebanon, then it is reasonable to assume they wish the U.N. Outposts to remove themselves because of violence. As far as I can tell, Israel's authorities are begging to get obliterated off the face of the planet by their hypocritical behavior.

To entertain the alternatives: Taliban? No. Hizbollah? Doubtful -- their strategy could have been to make the UNIFIL prematurely call on Israel as the aggressors. Although that is plausible, the destruction of southern Lebanon is too costly for them to consider any such deviant tactics.

Conclusion: IDF is 100% responsible and have practically written their own death warrants. Interestingly enough, the United States are fed up of both the U.N. and "terrorist organizations" (such as Hamas and Hizbollah) -- which leads to believe that the United States wants more violence as long as Americans do not die. What a fuckin' mess...
