CNN com - Lawmakers take aim at virtual violence - Jul 5, 2004: "NEW YORK (AP) -- In video games these days, you can strangle someone with a garrote ('Manhunt'), pop off an enemy's head in a shower of gore with a sniper shot ('Psi-Ops: The Mindgate Conspiracy'), and direct a teenage girl to shotgun a demon dog ('Silent Hill 3')."
I don't know about you, but sometimes I would rather be under foreign rule than American rule. Case in point: video games. Apparently the Americans believe guns belong *in* schools, and kids should bring their violence to the streets! Last I checked, a video game DVD has never been used as a lethal weapon... but that's just me.
