Murder's not the only thing wrong with Philadelphia... The fire alarms have been ringing in my building for 16 minutes now, non-stop. It took the Philadelphia Fire Department about 8 minutes to show up, and only 1 engine bothered to make it. It has equally taken them 8 minutes to turn off the alarms.

In addition to the Phila PD being under the gun, literally, for 23 homicides in 9 calendar days... well, you get the picture. Man, they suck.
